Is it really free?

Yes it is, there are no hidden costs, you will only ever get charged if you order a banner advertising position in the listings or the main search page or if you order the book or online access to the Events Guide

How long does a free listing last?

A supplier listing is FREE for up to 12 months, it will automatically expire in December each year unless reviewed and updated, this is to ensure that listing are always as up to date as possible.
In October each year you will be sent an email informing you that you listing is about to expire and you need to update/ renew it by logging in.
 

What if I need to update my listing in the meantime?

If however you need to amend you listing, you can do so at any time by logging in with your email address and the password that you were issued with when you registered on the site.
